PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide foamed wallpaper improved in the surface state of a foamed resin layer obtained after foaming and the shape of foam cells even in the case where 100 pts.wt. or above of an inorganic component is added to a foaming agent-containing resin layer with respect to 100 pts.wt. of a resin component. SOLUTION: The foamed wallpaper constituted by providing at least a foamed resin layer on a papery base material is characterized in that (1) the foamed resin layer is formed by foaming the foaming agent-containing resin layer, in that (2) the foaming agent-containing resin layer contains 100 pts.wt. or above of the inorganic component with respect to 100 pts.wt. of a resin component containing an ethylene copolymer, and in that (3) the ethylene copolymer has a melt flow rate of 1-15 g/10 min and contains 1-14 wt.% of a copolymer other than ethylene.
