PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a moistureproof sheet which does not degrade commercial value by preventing warpage even when being used in a place with large difference in temperature and humidity environments between both sides, in doors, sliding doors, and partitioning or others, and a decorative sheet using the same, and a moistureproof plate less likely to delaminate even after long-term use or upon accidental exposure to external force and a decorative plate made of the same. SOLUTION: The moisture proof sheet is constituted of a colored synthetic resin made base material layer and a vapor deposited layer and is characterized by being constituted by arranging an adhesive primer layer on the exposed face of the vapor deposited layer.
