<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a semiconductor integrated circuit device which can shorten the reset period (time) of the chip. <P>SOLUTION: This semiconductor integrated circuit device has a nonvolatile memory to read the trimming information after pre-charging the data line, and a power-on reset circuit 64 to start to reset the control circuit of the nonvolatile memory in response to the power-on. Further, it has a power-on pre-charge circuit 66 to start to pre-charge the data line in response to the power-on. The power-on reset circuit 64 has a first CR operation circuit 642 to output the reset release signal showing the voltage level switch when a first predetermined time period T1 has passed after the power-on. The power-on pre-charge circuit 66 has a second CR operation circuit 662 to output the pre-charge end signal showing the voltage level switch when a second predetermined time period T2 has passed after the power-on. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT</p> |
