PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide technique for a digital signal processor for mixing that is usable for mixer devices having various demanded specifications, and can make it simple to design a circuit board for signal processing of a mixer device using a plurality of DSPs and make it easy to design processing programs that the respective DSPs are made to execute. SOLUTION: The mixing signal processor is constituted by cascade-connecting a plurality of signal processing integrated circuits. The respective signal processing integrated circuits include adjustment processing units which output digital sound signals processed according to microprograms, reception units which receive digital sound signals as many as a predetermined number of buses from front-stage signal processing integrated circuits, mixing processing units which input the digital sound signals as many as the predetermined number of buses from the adjustment processing units, mix them with the digital sound signals received by the reception units, and output signals as many as the predetermined number of buses, and transmission units which transmit the signals as many as the predetermined number of buses to next-stage signal processing integrated circuits.
