PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an optical shaping method for a solid model which can prevent the shape of the solid model to be formed from being deformed. SOLUTION: This optical shaping method for the solid model has three processes. In this case, in the first process, a molded object for which a plurality of hardening layers are laminated and integrated by repeating a treatment in which the hardening layer of an optically curable composition is formed by irradiating an optically curable composition 9 with light. In the second process, the unhardened optically curable composition 9 of the molded object is removed by using a washing liquid. In the third process, the molded object is irradiated with plasma. Thus, the unhardened optically curable composition 9 such as a thin hardened film being formed at detailed sections or the like of the solid model to be formed can be prevented from remaining.
