PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a laterally moving type coating film transferer, which enables a movement by smoothly twisting a transfer tape. SOLUTION: In this laterally moving type coating film transferer, in which a feed core and a take up core are rotatably housed in a case, from the case end of which a transfer heat equipped with a thrustingly transfer part projects, in which the transfer tape is delivered from the feed core and twisted at this side of the transfer head and separated into a coating film to be transferred onto a surface to be transferred and a remaining base material tape at the thrustingly transfer part and the base material tape is taken up to the take up core, a guide rib GR for keeping the transfer tape T parallel to the front and rear surfaces of the case by being strikingly contact against the uncoated side of the base material tape is provided between the feed core and the thrustingly transfer part.
