<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an advertisement server, user terminal, advertising method and advertisement viewing program for enhancing the advertising effect of an advertisement moving picture. <P>SOLUTION: When a user accesses an advertising site 68 using a browser unit 61 and requests transmission of an advertisement moving picture, an advertisement server 3 requests to connect an electronic money card 6 to a reader/writer 5. The advertisement server 3 is capable of communicating with the electronic money card 6 via the browser unit 61. Thus, the advertisement server 3 reads and stores electronic money function section ID that is ID information of the electronic money card 6 from the electronic money card 6 and furthermore, moving picture data of the advertisement moving picture being stored in an advertisement moving picture database are transmitted to a user terminal 4. While the user terminal 4 plays back the advertisement moving picture, the advertisement server 3 accesses the electronic money card 6 via an advertising site connection section 61 at every predetermined intervals and confirms that the electronic money card 6 is connected to the reader/writer 5. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT |
