PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce acoustic coupling with a loudspeaker, remove a user's sense of incongruity, reduce fluctuations and aging changes contained in the sensitivity characteristics of the respective sound collecting units, and enables full duplex operations of high qualities. SOLUTION: A voice conference apparatus has a means of forming sensitivity characteristics for forming sensitivity characteristics of sound-collecting units 2a to 2d. With orthogonal lines 84a to 84d as a boundary, which are orthogonal to radial lines 81a to 81d, connecting the acoustical centers 82a to 82d of the sound collecting units 2a to 2d and the acoustical center 83 of the loudspeaker 30 and pass the acoustical centers 82a to 82d of the sound-collecting units 2a to 2d, the sensitivity characteristics are formed so that areas of the sensitivity characteristics 85a to 85d formed on the side of the loudspeaker from the boundary become smaller than those on the other side.
