PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pillow for a sleep whose structure does not block a person's movement, which can always give a stable sleeping posture for ensuring stable breaths, and can give himself/herself to sleep, that is, can give him/her a good deep sleep, because it is assumed that a sleeping person moves. SOLUTION: The pillow for a sleep has a base point around the joint part of the seventh cervical spine 4 and the first thoracic spine 5.
