PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a transporting system having a fireproof door installed in a facility such as a factory or warehouse, which can reduce adverse effects on the transport performance of a carrier vehicle and segment the facility space by the fireproof door in the detection of crossing the rail. SOLUTION: The transporting system (100) having a fireproof door has a rail (1), a carrier vehicle (3) with wheels (4) rolling on the rolling surface of the rail, a fireproof door plate (7) for segmentation of the facility space in the direction of crossing the rail, and a door plate moving part (8) moving the fireproof door plate from the open position which enables a passage of the carrier vehicle to the close position for segmenting the space. The rail is put with a first cutting (1a) on a slant which is seen horizontally on the rolling surface in the width direction of the rail, and the fireproof door has a shape which enables a passage through the first cutting when it is moved to the close position.
