The flywheel has a primary flywheel (1) provided with a hub (9), and a secondary flywheel (11) mounted on the hub. Radial and axial bearings (29, 31) are inserted between the hub and the secondary flywheel. Damping units (15, 17, 19, 21, 23) are fixed between the primary flywheel and secondary flywheel. A part (39) forms a centering stopper of the axial bearing relative to the hub by a fixed plate. The axial bearing is partially inserted into the secondary flywheel. Three centering projections are distributed around 120 degrees, and moved against the part of a plate (25).
