PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a communication apparatus which has a first housing and a second housing and can have suitable antenna characteristics according to the state of the first and second housings. SOLUTION: A plurality of signal lines between a connection part 4 and a display-part side housing 3 are covered with a ferrite sheet. Alternatively, an element such as an inductor or a resistance which operates with high impedance is inserted for the plurality of signal lines and then a high-frequency current is cut off. Further, the connection part 4 and display-part side housing 3 have GND surfaces as their opposite surfaces, and the GND surfaces are capacitively coupled to each other to make it easy for a high-frequency current to flow.
