PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sterilizing device capable of being easily mounted and dismounted while keeping strength of a structure of the sterilizing device received in a housing of an air conditioning device, and easily performing maintenance work. SOLUTION: This sterilizing device comprises a plate member 3 closing an opening portion 20d, an electrolyzed-water producing portion 5 producing the electrolyzed water by electrically decomposing the water, and a control portion 6 for producing the electrolyzed water, are disposed on one face facing an outer side of the housing 20, of the plate member 3, and an air sterilizing portion 4 bringing the electrolyzed water supplied from the electrolyzed-water producing portion 5 through a supply pipe and the air into contact with each other, is disposed on the other face facing an inner side of the housing 20, of the plate member 3. A supporting plate 56 on an approximately flat plate on which the electrolyzed-water producing portion 5 is disposed, is fixed to the plate member 3 in a cantilever state, a heavy first component 51 constituting the electrolyzed-water producing portion 5 is disposed on a proximal part of the supporting plate 56, and a second component 54 having a weight lighter than the first component 51 is disposed on a tip part of the supporting plate.
