PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vibration-isolation rubber composition excellent in durability and lowering a dynamic-to-static modulus ratio. SOLUTION: This vibration-isolation rubber composition comprises following (A) and (B) components, in which the (B) component is formulated in a range of 10-100 pts.wt. based on 100 pts.wt. of (A) component, the (A) component is a diene rubber, and the (B) component is silica. Furthermore, the (B) component has all of following characteristics represented by (α), (β) and (γ), in which (α) representing density of a silanol group on a silica surface is≥3.0/nm<SP>2</SP>, calculated by the Sears titrimetric method, (β) representing a mean particle diameter is≤10μm, and (γ) representing a BET specific surface area is 15-60 m<SP>2</SP>/g.
