An apparatus for removing burr when manufacturing a cap for a fuel injection port of a vehicle is provided to improve the productivity by exactly manufacturing a large number of caps for a fuel injection port, which have the same size. A driving motor(30) is installed in a table(10). A rotating jig(34) is connected with a driving shaft of the driving motor to horizontally rotate on the table, and has a mounting groove(34a), in which a cap(100) for a fuel injection port is seated, on the front end thereof. A clamp cylinder(20) is installed above the rotating jig. A contact member(22) is mounted on the clamp cylinder to press the cap using a plurality of fixing bars(24) protruding from the lower end thereof. A guide member(46) is vertically installed beside the rotating jig. A slope groove(47) is formed in the guide member toward the rotating jig. A slider is installed in the slope groove. A pushing cylinder(40) operates the slider. |
