<p>A water power device comprises a discharge pipe(3), which inclines downwardly and is fixed on a dam(6); a top water turbine group(1), which is mounted in the front part of the inlet(2) of the discharge pipe(3); a bottom water turbine group(5), which is mounted in the rear part of outlet(4) of the discharge pipe(3). On the basis of the present water power station, the kinetic energy in the top body of water is sufficiently used in the device through an additional water turbine group in the front part of the inlet(2), without interfering with the running of the original turbine group. Therefore, the device can improve the efficiency of energy conversion and prevent the dam from the hydraulic impact damage resulted from the convergent flow around the inlet(2).</p> |
