ORAL CARE COMPOSITIONS CONTAINING A MIXED TOCOPHEROL COMPONENT

An oral care composition, such as a dentifrice composition, which provide s enhanced anti-gingivitis efficacy is disclosed. The composition includes a tocopherol component which consists of about 10% to about 90% of gamma toco pherol, with the balance of the components selected from alpha tocopherol, b eta tocopherol, delta tocopherol, and mixtures thereof.
