<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a tape cutter which can stabilize part suction position without giving bad influence due to empty tape cutting to a part supply device and has improved safety of a cutting means. <P>SOLUTION: The tape cutter of a mounter is provided with a main unit 12 having an internal space 12A wherein, after a part is supplied by a part supply device, a tape itself T of a part supply tape is put in and is accumulated and a cutting means 14 provided on the upper side of the internal space 12A. It is also provided with a tape retaining means 18 that is provided between a point P wherein the tape T is delivered from the part supply device and a cutting means 14 and retains the tape T delivered from the part supply device, and a tape tension releasing means 20 that is provided between the point P wherein the tape T is delivered from the part supply device and the tape retaining means 18 and releases the tension of the tape T when the tape T is retained. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT |
