PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To treat stored water using a down-grade and head, providing a water discharging and storing part in a higher position in a ventilating air conditioner for ventilating and air conditioning a living space such as a bathroom utilizing a heat pump. SOLUTION: This ventilating air conditioner 6 includes: a circulating and air blowing passage 19 for circulating the air in the bathroom 3; a ventilating and air blowing passage 20 for sucking the air from an exhaust port opened in the interior space outside of the bathroom 3 and discharging the same to the outside of the room; a refrigerant circuit 21 connecting a compressor 44 for compressing a refrigerant, a first heat exchanger 45 provided in the circulating air passage 19, an expansion mechanism 46 for expanding the refrigerant, and a second heat exchanger provided in the ventilating air blowing passage 20 to circulate the refrigerant in order by piping; and a water storing part 53 provided below the heat exchanger 47, wherein the heat exchangers are installed in two upper and lower stages in the vertical direction, the first heat exchanger 45 is provided on the lower side, and the second heat exchanger 47 is disposed on the upper side, whereby the stored water can be treated utilizing a down-grade and head.
