PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lamp and a lighting system capable of improving both uniformity of illuminance and efficiency of an apparatus. SOLUTION: This lighting system has a filament 18 having a central filament segment 18o arranged in the center of a light emitting area 20 and an outside filament segments 18s which are juxtaposed plurally on each of both sides of this central filament segment and whose axial lengths are gradually reduced more toward the outside than the axial length of the central filament segment, lead bars 17a and 17b carrying electric power to this filament, and a bulb 13 accommodating at least a part of these lead bars and the filament.
