PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To efficiently produce glucose dehydrogenase derived from Aspergillus oryzae and to provide the more practical glucose dehydrogenase. SOLUTION: The glucose dehydrogenase is efficiently produced by using a glucose dehydrogenase gene isolated from the Aspergillus oryzae and the more practical glucose dehydrogenase is obtained.
