A system and a method for updating a secret key in a dynamic mobile IP(Internet Protocol) key update are provided to prevent a verification failure in an internet access after changing the number of a mobile communication terminal by automatically updating a secret key when the number of the mobile communication terminal is changed. A method for updating a secret key in a dynamic mobile IP key update includes the steps of: inputting an update request for inputting a secret key update request to a mobile communication terminal(S15); generating and transmitting a signal including the secret key update request from the update request input to an authentication server(S17); receiving and analyzing the signal at the authentication server, and acknowledging the secret key update request of the mobile communication terminal(S21); updating the secret key through a communication between the authentication server and the mobile communication terminal(S22).
