PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a file access destination controller capable of storing a confidential file in a server, and capable of storing a non-confidential file in a client server. SOLUTION: This file access destination controller is provided with a means of making a client side storage device serve as an access destination of the file by a program carried on a white list, a means of making a server side storage device serve as an access destination of the file by a program carried on a redirect list, a means for prohibiting writing by a program not carried on both the white list and the redirect list, and a means of making a client side storage device serve as a reading side for the file by a program not carried on both the white list and the redirect list.
