PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a ventilation device for ventilation capable of ventilating an indoor space by natural ventilation or forcible ventilation without deteriorating earthquake-resistance strength of a skeleton wall of a building. SOLUTION: In a frame body 1 mounted on an in-and-out distribution part b provided to the skeleton wall B, a ventilation structure 3 is disposed equipped with a plurality of ventilation holes 2 disposed therein to fill substantially the whole area inside the frame 1, and an opening and closing door 5 is provided to close all the ventilation holes 2 of the ventilation structure 3.
