PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of manufacturing a roll-like resin film having a transparent conductive film at a reduced production cost. SOLUTION: The method of manufacturing the roll-like resin film having the transparent conductive film on a resin film F comprises formation of the transparent conductive film, following formation of at least a barrier film on the resin film F under pressure environment of atmospheric pressure or pressure close thereto by a plasma CVD method and formation of a flattening film on the barrier film by application.
