PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To mount wire-pipes to a bumper such that a flaw becoming a cause for impairing appearance is not generated on a surface of a bumper body and the wire-pipes such as a harness and a cleaner hose are not damaged or crushed. SOLUTION: An opening edge wall 21 for engaging/retaining a radiator grille 11 is integrally extendingly provided on an opening inner peripheral edge of a vertical wall 5 of a bumper body toward a back side of the bumper body 3. A retaining means (retaining piece 37, tongue-like piece 39) for retaining the cleaner hose 17 is integrally extendingly provided on an outer peripheral edge of the radiator grille 11. The cleaner hose 17 arranged along a corner part 49 of the opening edge wall 21 and the vertical wall 5 is mounted to a front bumper 1 while clamping it by the opening edge wall 21, the vertical wall 5 and the retaining means.
