PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a bending apparatus with a cutting mechanism, which can prevent bending of a workpiece during cutting. SOLUTION: This bending apparatus is provided with a support mechanism 7 constructed so as to support, in a mounted state, a linear part in a position near a bending part in a workpiece 1. After bending the workpiece 1 by revolving a clamping die 4 around a bending groove 21 in a bending die 2 by rotating a bending arm 3, the workpiece is moved by a feed mechanism 6 in a direction opposite to the bending direction of the workpiece 1 in a direction orthogonal to the longitudinal direction of the workpiece 1 and, further the workpiece 1 is cut with a cutting blade 5 in a fixed position in such a state that the workpiece 1 is fixed by clamping with a clamping die 4 at the position of a receiving part 22 for cutting.
