A system and a method for registering a cooperated card by using a virtual card number, and a system and a recording medium for the same are provided to reduce time needed for issuing the cooperated card by enabling a cooperated company to issue the cooperated card including the virtual card number and enabling a card issuer to link/register the virtual card number and a real card number. An information receiver(115) receives card registration request information from a card registration terminal(160) through an interface(105). A validity checker(120) checks over validity for issuing a cooperated card to a customer based on the received card registration request information. A virtual card number assigner(130) assigns a virtual card number issued in a cooperated company as a card number of the registered cooperated card. A card issuer(145) issues the cooperated card including the virtual card number through a card issuance device(155). An information storing part(140) stores cooperated card issuance information corresponding to the issued cooperated card to a storage medium(150). |
