<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a nonvolatile memory information storage device capable of cyclic recording, and its cyclic recording method. <P>SOLUTION: In the nonvolatile memory information storage device, a control part 20 selects an empty block for a fixed capacity in the ascending order of the number of writing times in a nonvolatile memory of a storing part 10 by referring to a storage state and the number of writing times recorded in a management table 30 and sequentially writes cyclic material in the selected empty block. Then, the control part 20, when writing the cyclic material in all of the empty blocks, thereafter releases a block storing the oldest cyclic material and repeats writing the next cyclic material in an empty block selected by referring to the management table 30. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT</p> |
