PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a connection path detection device that provides data on the extraction and display of information of interest by detecting whether an electronic circuit diagram includes a particular connection relationship regardless of whether there are any electronic parts in the transmission path. SOLUTION: The connection path detection device includes a part 10 for creating connection path information from circuit information, a means 21 for creating a circuit information table, a part 101 for creating connection path IDs, a means 22 for creating a block table from the connection path information, a means 221 for deleting records of predetermined parts from the block table, a means 231 for acquiring one record from the block table as a search key item, a means 232 for searching for records of the circuit information table, a means 233 for reflecting the circuit information records in the block table, an inclusion check part 24 for checking included relationships of the connection path information, a means 25 for searching for connection IDs in the circuit information table on connection information path IDs, and a means 26 for storing the reflecting connection path information as detected blocks.
