PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an on-board audio reproducing device capable of accurately grasping sound generated in a cabin and providing desired acoustic spaces for a driver and a passenger, respectively. SOLUTION: The on-board audio reproducing device includes an audio output unit which can output an audio signal based upon a first sound source (for example, an audio CD and a radio broadcast) to a first speaker, and also output an audio signal based upon a second sound source (for example, the audio CD and radio broadcast including the same case with the first sound source) to a second speaker, an audio input unit which is disposed nearly halfway between the first speaker and the second speaker and collects the sound in the cabin, and a control unit which generates an opposite-phase audio signal generated by inverting the polarity of the audio signal input from the audio input unit and makes the audio output unit output the opposite-phase audio signal to the first speaker or the second speaker.
