<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the use of a forged certificate. <P>SOLUTION: A scanner part 22 reads a front face and a rear face of a certificate and stores transmission image data of the front and rear faces of the certificate in a storage part 25. A transmission image collating means 261 collates the transmission image data of the front face with the transmission image data of the rear face of the certificate stored in the storage part 25, determines whether they are coincident, and displays a screen for informing the customer that the front and rear of the different certificate is read when determining that they are not coincident. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT |
