摘要 <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a highly efficient light-emitting apparatus having desired light-emitting characteristics by simplifying mixing adjustment when four or more kinds of phosphors having different main wavelengths are used. <P>SOLUTION: This method of manufacturing a light-emitting apparatus is provided with a step of mixing two or more kinds of intermediate phosphors other than a phosphor having a shortest main wavelength and a phosphor having a longest wavelength in a phosphor forming step to obtain a phosphor mixture having an emission peak having a half-value width, and a step of mixing each of the phosphor having the shortest wavelength and the phosphor having the longest wavelength to the phosphor mixture. The intermediate phosphors each have a difference in main wavelength not less than 30 nm in a range of main wavelength of 540-640 nm, and the mixture of the phosphors has a light emission spectrum having the half-value width in the peak value approximate to a light emission spectrum of 130 nm&plusmn;15 nm. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT
