INDOOR UNIT, REMOTE CONTROLLER, AIR CONDITIONING SYSTEM AND ADDRESS SETTING METHOD

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To eliminate complicated operation to prevent user's wrong operation in transition between an ordinary mode of controlling the air conditioning operation of an indoor unit and a special mode of performing the above address setting in a remote controller.

SOLUTION: In the indoor units 31-36, air conditioning operation can be independently controlled from the remote controllers 41-45 and a centralized control part 1. The remote controllers 41-45 adopt one of the ordinary mode of designating the air conditioning operation and the special mode of setting a control address according to a command from the indoor units 31-36. The control address means an address used for performing the air conditioning operation of the indoor units 31-36 by the centralized control part 1.
