SOLID ELECTROLYTIC CAPACITOR ELEMENT AND SOLID ELECTROLYTIC CAPACITOR WITH THE SAME

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a solid electrolytic capacitor element capable of realizing a low ESR and a solid electrolytic capacitor with the solid electrolytic capacitor element.

SOLUTION: In the solid electrolytic capacitor element (100), solid electrolytic layers (12a and 12b) consisting of conductive polymers and cathode layers (14a and 14b) are fitted successively on the surface of an anode foil (11) composed of a metal for valve action, and at least one through-hole (16) penetrated in the thickness direction of the anode foil is formed to the anode foil. A connecting means electrically connecting the solid electrolytic layer on one surface side of the anode foil and the solid electrolytic layer on the other surface side is fitted to the through-hole.
