PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent coating defects such as pin holes or the like generated at the time of heat drying of a bearing part. SOLUTION: The manufacturing apparatus is for a manufacturing apparatus (1) of a bearing (2) having a resin layer (11) on the inner circumferential face of a substrate (10) by heating a half-finished part, which is the bearing (2) obtained by applying a liquid-state resin to the inner circumferential face of a cylindrical substrate (10) made of a metal and comprises a heating furnace (14) formed in a cylindrical shape longer than the bearing (2) to install the bearing (2) therein, a rotation means (3) for rotating the heating furnace (14) on the axial center of the heating furnace (14) to rotate the bearing (2) in the heating furnace (14) and a heating means (4) for heating the heating furnace (14) rotated by the rotation means (3). Since the bearing (2) is heated while being rotated in the heating furnace (14), the lower layer part of the applied resin layer (11) can be dried prior to the surface of the resin layer (11). As a result, before the surface of the resin layer (11) is thermally hardened, the solvent in the inside of the resin layer (11) is evaporated and thus no coating defect such as pin holes or the like may be formed.
