PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To properly notify the degree of emergency of an emergency state generated in a vehicle. SOLUTION: An emergency notification device 1 for a vehicle is provided with an emergency state detection part 21 for detecting the generation of the emergency state of its own vehicle; an occupant state detection part 24 for detecting the state of the occupant of its own vehicle according to difference information with respect to a plurality of images acquired according to photographing by an in-vehicle camera 12a which picks up the image of the interior of the vehicle or the closing state of a vehicle door; and a notification control part 27 for notifying the generation of the emergency state by a lighting body 19, a speaker 16 and a warning unit 18 or the like according to the detection results of the emergency state detection part 21 and the occupant state detection part 24.
