PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a biopolymer analyzer of more satisfactory sensitivity, a bio-polymer analysis method, a development analyzing method of genes and a detection method of antigens. SOLUTION: The bio-polymer analyzer 70 is equipped with an imaging device 10 having a photoelectric conversion element 20 provided so that its light detection surface is directed upward, the partition wall 40 fixed on the side of the light detection surface of the imaging device 10 to form a well 42 in which a solution is injected, the probe 61 provided on the bottom part of the well 42 and bonded to the specific bio-polymer in the solution injected in the well 42 and a plurality of the electromagnets 78R and 78L arranged so as to surround the well 42.
