PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a harvest management system for quickly transporting a harvest to a proper destination after harvesting it. SOLUTION: The harvest management system 1 is such that respective information terminals 11, 16 and 19 are installed on vehicles 3 for loading and conveying a harvest harvested by a harvester 2, multiple facilities 4, 4... for preparing the harvest such as drying, and a management center 5 for managing these facilities 4, 4... so as to enable mutual information transmission via a telecommunication network 6. In this system 1, the facilities 4, 4... function to transmit to the center 5 such facility information as the kind, treatment capacity and receiving capacity of the harvest under preparation, and the vehicles 3 enable selecting a facility 4 as a destination on receiving the information from the center 5.
