PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem that the member and equipment of a jet apparatus are sometimes functionally deteriorated because a liquid jetted beyond the range of a medium is hardened in the use of a rapidly-hardenable liquid. SOLUTION: This liquid jet head and this liquid jet apparatus are characterized by being equipped with a head which comprises a first liquid nozzle array composed of a plurality of nozzles for emitting a jet of a first liquid, and a second liquid nozzle array composed of a plurality of nozzles for emitting a jet of a second liquid containing a liquid hardening inhibitor for suppressing the hardening of the first liquid.
