PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a screen plate wherein the thickness deviation of an electrode can be reduced as compared with a conventional one. SOLUTION: In a screen plate equipped with a plate frame 10 and a screen mesh 15 fixed to the inside portion of the plate frame 10, the thickness of the screen mesh 15 decreases along one direction in a virtual plane normal to its thickness.
