An apparatus of processing signals of memory devices and a circuit of removing noises are provided to generate normal operation clocks by removing noises, such as notch and glitch, from an input signal. An apparatus of processing signals of memory devices includes an input buffer unit(320), a noise detection/removal circuit(330), and a clock generator(340). The input buffer unit amplifies a control signal inputted to control circuit operation to a digital level and outputs the amplified control signal as a first output signal. The noise detection/removal circuit detects notch and glitch generated from the first output signal, removes the generated notch and glitch, and outputs the noise removed signal as a second output signal. The clock generator generates a clock signal for controlling the operation of circuit using the second output signal.
