PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a commodity storage device capable of making an air current flow uniformly with respect to a heat exchanger. SOLUTION: This commodity storage device has a commodity storage having air suction ports 51a, 51b; a heat exchange chamber 20 disposed outside the commodity storage and storing the heat exchanger 300; and an air-suction communication passage 71, connecting the air suction ports 51a, 51b to an inlet 25 of the heat exchange chamber 20 and sending an internal atmosphere of the commodity storage to the heat exchange chamber 20. The air-suction communication passage 71 has an inclined part 75 that is gradually reduced into a cross section of the air-suction communication passage 71, directed toward the downstream side of the passage in a connection portion with the inlet of the heat exchange chamber 20.
