PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a seat for an outdoor vehicle preventing the entry of water from a sewn part of a cover or from between a cover edge and a bottom plate. SOLUTION: This seat S for the outdoor vehicle is formed by arranging a cushion material on the bottom plate 10, covering this cushion material 20 with the cover 30 and fixing the cover edge 30a on the bottom plate 10.
