PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a positioning device reduced in size and cost, while enhancing positioning precision of a position. SOLUTION: This positioning device 20 receives a radio wave from a GPS satellite by an antenna part 30, and positions a position by a GPS position detecting part 51. The positioning device 20 autonomously position the position by a sensor position detecting part 52, based on a sensor output from a sensor part 40, when difficult to receive the radio wave from the GPS satellite.
