Method and device for preparation during building of samples of fresh concrete, where the device comprises: - means for levelling the support surface for the moulds, which has a levelling surface (4); - means for floating associated with the levelling surface (4); - power supply means for the drive elements associated with the compacting means and the floating means; and - electronic control means for controlling the start-up, movement and stopping of the various subsystems of the manufacturing devices; and wherein the system and method include use of said device.
