<p>Provided is a power line communication device which can output network data while preventing the network data from leaking to a power line. A PLC adaptor (400), i.e., one mode of the power line communication device, is provided with a CPU (410), a plug (420), an AC-DC power supply converting section (421), a transformer (422), an analog front end (423), a power line modem (424), a filter (425), a RAM (426), a network controller (427), an RJ45 connector (428), and a ROM (430) for storing network data for power line communication. When the CPU (410) detects a network data output request, the CPU starts filter operation by the filter (425), and prohibits transmission of the network data from the ROM (430) to the plug (420).</p> |
