An egg crusher is provided to break an egg easily and prevent the egg yolk and the white from being mixed with the shell by rotating a handle which is integrated with a rotary shaft anticlockwise and bursting the egg in curved guides. An egg crusher(1) comprises a rotary shaft(5), and a curved bar(10). The rotary shaft is incorporated with an upper guide(2), lower curved guides(3), and a handle(4). Two sheaves(6) are formed at upper and lower sides of a lower end of the rotary shaft. A front end of a thin wire(7) is wound on the sheaves. A rear end of the wire is wound on processed areas of protrusions(9a,9b) which are formed at upper parts of the curved guide. The curved bar is inserted in spaces of the curved guides. The protrusions are formed on the curved bar. Expansion springs are inserted in the heads of the protrusions. An egg(11) is broken in the curved guides by cut parts when rotating the handle which is incorporated with the rotary shaft anticlockwise. |
