<p>A stainless steel backboard manufacturing mold for a flange is provided to fix upper and lower molds easily and increase workability and productivity of the mold by connecting two combining units with chains and fixing the combining units at the lower mold. A stainless steel backboard manufacturing mold for a flange comprises upper and lower molds(7,6). The lower mold is sloped to a body to reduce drop pressure when projecting stainless solution. Depth of a forming space which is formed at the lower mold has thickness of a stainless rear plate. The lower mold is formed with a step shaped edge(21). Flange parts(10,11) are formed with inclined outer surfaces(8). Two combining units(1) are installed with bolt fixing pieces(4) having bolts(5), and with inclined inner surfaces. The combining units are installed with chains(2) and fixed at the lower mold.</p> |
