A system and a method for providing an intelligent trademark search service are provided to offer a correct trademark search result by searching trademarks based on a product group, and searching the products included in the product group and the products similar to the inputted product even if a user selects only one product. A user terminal(320) orders trademark search by inputting a trade name and a product name to an intelligent trademark search server(330), and receives a search result of products of a product group code including the inputted product and the similar product group codes from the intelligent trademark search server. A product code database(350) stores a class code of each product and the product code classifying each product according to the product group, and the class code according to each classification system. A similar group code database(360) stores the codes of the similar group code by each product group. A trademark database(370) stores applied or registered trademarks. The intelligent trademark search server provides the user terminal with a result for searching the products included in the inputted product and the similar group code by referring to the information stored in each database.
